EMC To Acquire Iomega
Hopkinton, Massachussetts and San Diego, California - April 2008 - EMC Corporation, an information infrastructure solutions organisation, and Iomega Corporation, a data storage company have announced a definitive agreement for EMC to acquire San Diego-based Iomega in a cash tender offer of $3.85 per outstanding share, or approximately $213 million. IBM and Oracle Serve Midsize Businesses

SDL Tridion Strengthens European Operations

Capgemini and Unilever Extend Services Relationship to Include Financial Shared Services for Latin American Operations
Paris - April 2008 - Capgemini, a provider of Consulting, Technology and
Outsourcing services, has announced that it has signed an agreement with Unilever, a consumer goods company, to acquire and manage the Company’s financial shared service centers in Santiago, Chile and Sao Paulo, Brazil. The integration and management of the centers willbegin in early May. HP to acquire Tower, strengthening leadership in the e-discovery and compliance software market
Canberra, Australia - March - HP and Tower Software announced that they have signed a pre-bid agreement for HP to acquire Tower, a document and records management software company. The acquisition is expected to extend HP Software e-discovery capabilities beyond information collection and retention to include records management and identification as defined by the Electronic Discovery Reference Model.
