 Welcome to the first edition of Boss News for 2012, which looks set to be another exciting and challenging year.
You will note from the number of news items in this month’s edition that the holiday season certainly hasn’t had a negative impact on the general trend of consolidation within the ECM, BPM and BPO sectors! There is a huge amount of movement within the industry and predictions are that this will continue throughout the year.
We are delighted to begin the year with a Business Leader Interview from Claude Cosson, CEO of French company, Perigee. To learn more about where they position themselves and how they plan to grow in the future, read the interview.
Paul Carman, SVP of North America, treats us to an informative article, examining the pitfalls to avoid when planning to acquire or be acquired and also outlining the most effective ways to proceed, once your organisation has decided on their strategy for growth - Essential reading for anybody who wants to plan an exit strategy or to grow via acquisition.
