A candidate, experienced in the output management sector, who has consistently outperformed throughout his career. He is capable of motivating or hiring superb sales teams but also not afraid to roll up his sleeves and close the business himself. Has the ability to handle a hybrid sales model in which direct and channel sales go hand in hand. Currently responsible for approximately 10M in sales, with an average deal size of between 300 and 500K.

All candidates are over performers in the DMS, BPM or data capture sector and are interested in joining a company with growth ambitions or for some, setting up a new business entity for technology companies in Europe or the Benelux.
OTE target income range: between €120k and €180K

Elite professional who has worked for many years at top vendors in the ECM and data capture sector. Has an in depth knowledge of the local market and the technology. Prolific networker who will hit the ground running for the right company.

Switzerland:
Corporate (International) Sales Director
Used to working in large corporations and driving significant sales and marketing programs to launch new products, services and go to market programs across different regions. Full P&L responsibility. Has an in depth understanding of the ECM & BPM sector. Drives and motivates sales and all other teams to ensure consistent outperformance each year.
OTE target income €250K+
