  • Endeavour to identify at least 3 opportunities in line with your requirements
  • Always give you honest and direct answers to your questions
  • Give you considered feed-back on all interviews
  • Protect your confidentiality at all times
  • Never identify you to a client without first gaining your permission
 
In return could you
  • Please try to meet the engagement date set. The engagement date is agreed between all parties at the beginning of discussions regarding employment terms. The engagement date is the date that the employment contract is signed
  • Keep us informed of any other career opportunities you are investigating
  • Try to be as flexible as possible regarding interview dates
  • Respond as quickly as possible to all our communications
  • Tell us if you feel that our service falls short of the very highest standard
  • Tell your colleagues if we do a good job for you - we mainly work by recommendation - good candidates know other good candidates - we would very much appreciate two recommendations from you
